The privacy policy applies to consumers who
are current or former clients or who register for one of our services
or promotional offers.
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

asked us to do so, that is, opted-in.

- Application and registration information. We collect

one of our services. The information we collect may include

collect information from consumer reporting agencies.
- Website usage. Credit Checks uses JMM to analyze traffic
to this web site. JMM does not create individual profiles
for visitors. Unlike some tracking services JMM does not
have a database of individual profiles for each visitor.
JMM only collects aggregate data.
- We protect the confidentiality and security of your personal
information.
- We restrict access to personal information to our employees
and agents for business purposes only. All employees are
trained and required to safeguard such information.
- We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
to guard your personal information.
- We continue to evaluate our efforts to protect personal information
and make every effort to keep your personal information accurate
and up to date.

or you need to make a change to that information, please
